1) The friendly greeting when I was checking in. 2) The refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. 3) Very clean in all areas, hallway, elevator, lobby and room. 4) Five pillows!!!!! 5) The friendly greeting when I was checking out. Lots of smiles and great conversation. Highly recommended. 6) Very quiet inside second floor.

Clean lobby area and friendly staff. Room having a fridge and microwave was nice as well. Also lots of parking and free breakfast always a plus. Can't beat the price! I was a little worried about the other reviews, but since most the complaints were about the pool or breakfast ending at 9am, I took the chance and booked a room. Would stay here again if I'm in the area!

Very clean and comfortable. Was quiet. Went and watched the Kwings game and stayed overnight. A wonderful stay. Missed the breakfast but was getting caught up on some much needed sleep. Very nice hotel

I liked that they had a pool. We were on the ground level. There is additional parking in the back so I could park right next to our window.

Loved there were 4 REGULAR coffee packets in room (usually only 2 and 2, reg and decaf, in other hotels). They were able to accommodate early check-in time :-)

The staff was friendly, check in was quick. Our room was ready and clean. The housekeepers made sure we had fresh linens and trash emptied. No loud noise during our stay! The breakfast was hot and fresh also included with the hotel stay. The location was great a few places to step out and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Hotel was nice and clean. The pool was open, but did not get a chance to swim, maybe next time.

The friendliness of the staff manager included. They were very professional and polite also catered to our every need. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation and didn't even have to go into detail about the situation. They made sure we were as comfortable as can be for our stay.

Cleanliness and Staff was very nice even when they were so busy with the power outages in the city. They remained calm and friendly. And they keep it so clean when pets are allowed.. thank you thank you for allowing pets.. they are part of the family. 😊
